And since I've left the island i'll have to do it on my third playthrough. You say you don't have enough hunts/scoundrel to get either, what about polymorph to get wings? I think my poly was 2 at the time of writing this. Its a giant compound with an entrance to the north. Its in the East part of the Hollow Marshes or North-East of Amadias Sanctuary. Its the place where there are 3 necromancer skeletons who are invincible and respawn shortly after you kill them. This quest is automatically acquired when you find the Gargoyles Maze. SO after you complete the maze and get the reward item from the gargoyle, there is a door you can go through up the stairs that leads to an area. Easiest way is to hop over the water next to the vault cave entrance just outside the seeker camp (near void salamanders) and go up some vines around back, but again, no travel power, no luck. The Gargoyles Maze is a side-quest in Divinity: Original Sin 2. OP, the way some of the maze puzzles are set up, without teleport powers (not actual tp but tact retreat esque powers) I'm not sure a solo character can do it. He said he already used the ring, so no reward. To get the reward for doing so, though, you need to make sure to do it properly and talk to the gargoyle first instead of bypassing the maze.īraccus's ring lets you skip past it, but no reward. It's been a while since I did that, so I can't give directions how. Oh, and now I have to unused skulls for those doors- never need them.Początkowo opublikowane przez Stabbey:You can complete the maze "properly" hitting all major areas and using skulls to unlock doors, but you will want a means of teleportation, either gloves or Tac Retreat/Cloak and Dagger. As you walk around the Sanctuary of Amadia, you will find a tower with a maze running to its entrance. There is also that tattered map which illudes to the Souljar room which is in the cave below the castle, maybe something opens up there? ![]() To enter the tower you have to cross a Gargoyle maze. Besides gear I feel like I'm missing something.Īnyone know what those levers do? I know on the way out of the sewage room the trap fire is out, but besides that.I didn't notice a difference. Braccus Rexs tower is at the south end of the island near the frozen beach/ Dragon beach. Now once inside the castle I got some good gear from the water well, in the sewage room, and the backroom that Withermoore let me into to (behind source barrier). Also, if you do want to try the maze, because maybe there is more to it, there is an additional skull in a skeleton on the back corner of the castle you can get to before going into the maze. Low and behold I didn't need any skulls to get inside the castle. So I went in the first area, got the skull then left and looped around back (using telport to bring both characters) and climbed the vines. I figured the main objectives was to get inside the castle behind the maze. When I went through the portal I picked up some trinkets off a skeleton, and maybe a book off the ledge but nothing really compelling. I even put out the burning Historian and didn't get anything for my troubles. It's in the East part of the Hollow Marshes. Turns out, these guys designed the Gargoyle Maze. ![]() By speaking to the heads as an elf you can get the option to rip off a piece of them like jerky to see their memories. advertisement This quest begins when you find the maze. Act 1 Invisible Staircase So, in the area in Act 1 with the 4 heads on the pikes, there's a chest in the middle. At first I tried to get through it, through the maze but wasn't getting anything worth while. The Gargoyle's Maze is one of the many Quests found in Divinity: Original Sin 2. I do not know if I did the Gargoyle Maze correctly.if there is a correct way at all.
